Hi! I am Pat McGhee, the owner of Done Deal Mobile Notary. I am a Chicago transplant who moved to Los Angeles in 2019. My years of experience in accounts receivables and cash posting landed me a consulting position at Disney, posting checks and wires to movie theater accounts. I've always loved a good side hustle, and so in 2019 I also became a notary for the state of California. In 2020 COVID closed the theaters (ending my position at Disney), and low interest rates turned my side hustle into a full-time business as a mobile notary and signing agent. In 2023 I added apostille agent, trust delivery agent, and courier to my service offerings.
I have built my business on the principle of SERVICE. I strive to deliver excellence whether i'm servicing someone on behalf of one of my escrow clients or an individual who found me online while searching for a "notary near me". As a result, a substantial amount of my business comes in the form of repeat business and referrals.
I am always looking to meet people and partner with other businesses and so in the Los Angeles area you can often find me at networking events and volunteering.
